Book Recommendation: Grown Up Digital
I just want to jump in for a moment to make a book recommendation and share some resources. Grown Up Digital by Don Tapscott is an incredible read that I recommend for anyone.
If you want to better understand the youth of today then this book is a vital resource. Educators, human resource professionals, marketers and simply anyone who wants to understand better the demographic group consisting of ages 12 to 30 and their path forward, you should buy this book… study it… take notes… and reshape your attitude.
Grown Up Digital will truly give you insight as to why this segment of our society feel the need to do 5 things at once. You will gain a better understanding as to why they feel the need to be creative and share their creations. I implore you to get a copy of this book if you have even a remote association with today’s youth. It is full of statistics and great insight into how the Net Generation thinks and operates. I also encourage you to visit some of the resources below… I am a HUGE fan of Tapscott… in case you couldn’t tell.
